 Should you opt to cancel your appointment within a period of less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled time, a full service charge will be enforced.
 This charge is reflective of the time allocated for your appointment and any resultant losses stemming from such late cancellation.
5. Rescheduling Appointments
 While the booking fee is non-transferable, we encourage clients to provide notice of rescheduling for appointments with no less than 72 hours' notice to avoid incurring additional charges.
6. Failure to Attend (No-Show Policy)
 In the event of a failure to attend your appointment without prior notification, you shall incur a full service charge in addition to the non-refundable booking fee.
